Headquartered in Great Neck, New York, Information Clearinghouse operates branches across 17 states.
WHAT HAPPENED?
On December 29, 2022, NS Info Holdings discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, NS Info Holdings determined that an unauthorized actor accessed this sensitive information. On April 4, 2023, NS Info Holdings began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Address
