WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Xavier University of Louisiana discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and obtained. Through its investigation, Xavier University of Louisiana determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information on November 22, 2022. On February 2, 2023, Xavier University of Louisiana began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
