WHAT HAPPENED?
On August 8, 2022, Fund Evaluation Group discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Fund Evaluation Group determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through an employee email account between July 11 and August 8, 2022. On November 3, 2022, Fund Evaluation Group notified individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information impacted includes:

- Social Security number
