WHAT HAPPENED?
On June 14, 2022, Falcon Technologies discovered that it made the sensitive personal identifiable information of certain current and former employees of one of its clients, Personal Touch Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries, publicly available online. Falcon Technologies investigated this matter and determined that the sensitive personal identifiable information of certain Personal Touch Holding Corp. employees was publicly available online between October 13, 2021, and May 4, 2022. The type of information made publicly available online by Falcon Technologies includes:
