WHAT HAPPENED?

Through its investigation, VF Corporation determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information during the cyber-attack. On December 15, 2023, VF Corporation reported the data breach in its Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
