WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Inline Plastics discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Inline Plastics determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information between April 16 and April 22, 2023. On November 22, 2023, Inline Plastics began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Medical information (e.g., diagnoses and treatment information)
- Health insurance information
- Financial account number
