WHAT HAPPENED?
On May 4, 2023, Andromeda Systems discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Andromeda Systems determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information through a ransomware attack on May 3, 2023. On October 13, 2023, Andromeda Systems began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Driver’s license number
- Address
- Financial account number
- Passport number
- Health insurance information
- Electronic signature
