WHAT HAPPENED?
On July 1, 2023, First Team Real Estate discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, First Team Real Estate determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on or around June 29, 2023. On September 22, 2023, First Team Real Estate began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Drivers license number
- Health insurance information
- Financial account number
- Tax identification number
