Cheyenne Radiology Group employs approximately 50 individuals with 9 certified radiologists.
WHAT HAPPENED?
On December 12, 2022, Cheyenne Radiology Group discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Cheyenne Radiology Group determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on or around December 12, 2022. On July 24, 2023, Cheyenne Radiology Group began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Driver’s license number
- Address
- Health insurance information
- Health information
