Headquartered in Malvern, Arkansas, Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union operates 2 satellite branches and 3 ATM locations throughout the area.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On December 6, 2022, Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between December 1 and December 6, 2022. On May 31, 2023, Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Date of birth
  • Medical information
  • Health insurance information
  • Financial account number (e.g., routing number)
  • Payment card information
