Through its investigation, Culbertson Memorial Hospital determined that an unauthorized actor may have gained access to this sensitive information between March 27 and March 30, 2023. On May 8, 2023, Culbertson Memorial Hospital post a notice of the data breach on its website, which states it intends to mail notification letters directly to impacted individuals once its investigation is complete.
