WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, AGY discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, AGY determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information during a ransomware attack on November 3, 2023. On December 21, 2023, AGY began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Address
