ABOUT 4 OVER, LLC:
4over is a business-to-business wholesale trade printing company based in California. Founded in 2001, 4over offers a variety of printing services and business identity products, including business cards, signs and banners, boxes and packaging, roll labels and stickers, promo products, direct mail services, and more. Today, 4over produces products for companies nationwide and claims to be one of North America’s leading trade printers.3 Headquartered in Glendale, California, 4over has 5 additional production facilities in Ohio, Florida, New Jersey, Texas, and Arizona.
WHAT HAPPENED?
In November 2022, 4over discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, 4over determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information between November 16 and November 19, 2022. In December 2023, 4over began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Driver’s license or state-issued ID number
- Passport number
- Financial account, or credit or debit card number
- Medical information (e.g., treatment information, diagnosis information)
- Health insurance information (e.g., group number, subscriber name)
