In order to access research and development in all areas of pharmaceutical compounding, ARx Patient Solutions participates in professional organizations including the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists.
WHAT HAPPENED?
On February 20, 2023, ARx Patient Solutions discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, ARx Patient Solutions determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on March 31, 2022. On June 30, 2023, ARx Patient Solutions began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Prescription information
- Patient account number
- Health insurance information
