West Technology Group Data Breach Investigation

Turke & Strauss LLP, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating West Technology Group, LLC regarding its recent data breach. The West Technology Group data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information belonging to over 86,500 current or former employees.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On December 1, 2022, West Technology Group discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, West Technology Group determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between November 25 and December 1, 2022. On April 18, 2023, West Technology Group began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license number
  • Passport number
  • Medical information
  • Health insurance information
  • Financial account information
