WHAT HAPPENED?
In August 2022, Teamsters Local 945 discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Teamsters Local 945 determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through a Teamsters Local 945 email account between June 14 and June 29, 2021. On September 2, 2022, Teamsters Local 945 began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
