WHAT HAPPENED?

On December 10, 2021, Diamond Comic Distributors discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Diamond Comic Distributors concluded that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between November 2 and November 5, 2021. On August 24, 2022, Diamond Comic Distributors began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
