The PCHP data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information belonging to an undetermined number of individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On March 24, 2024, PCHP discovered that its payroll provider had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in PCHP’s system may have been accessed. On April 26, 2024, PCHP began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
